Overview
Born from two creative vegans, a lot of hustle, and just a touch of chaos, Beet Jar has been fueling Cleveland with fresh-pressed juice, plant-based eats, and wild origin stories since 2013. (Yes, they really camped outside a Vitamix store for 18 hours to score their first blenders. And yes, they hand-pressed juice for months before buying a real juicer.)
It all started with pop-ups, home-cooked meals traded for construction help, and the kind of scrappy determination that only comes from believing deeply in your mission. Now, after more than a decade in Ohio City, Beet Jar is bringing their signature energy, and incredible food, to the east side.
Get ready, Shaker. The juice is worth the squeeze.
